FDA Draft Fish Advice
In June 2014, the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) updated their ten-year-old advice for pregnant and breastfeeding women about eating seafood with new draft advice. The proposed new advice encourages expectant and nursing moms to eat a variety of seafood 2-3 times each week to benefit their children’s development.
